An extraordinary session of the Regional Council is convened

Given the sharp increase in social tension in the region associated with significant loss of personnel, material and technical base of the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade and the need to restore its combat capability, moral and psychological condition of the soldiers and their families, in accordance with Part 7 of Article 46 and paragraph 1 of Part 6 of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine", given the demands of Transcarpathians and proposition of the Regional Council deputies, to convene an extraordinary session of the Regional Council of the VI convocation on February 26, 2015, at 11 o’clock, in the city of Uzhgorod, in the session hall of the Regional Council, with the following agenda:

1. On taking immediate measures to restore combat capability, moral and psychological condition of soldiers of the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade and to remove social tension in the region. 

2. On the assessment of the senior government officials’ actions to address the critical situation about the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade.
