On Friday, March 3, Hungarian police detained an officer of the customs post "Railway" of the Transcarpathian customs office, who tried to carry a large batch of drugs to Ukraine.
– An employee of the customs clearance department "Batyevo" together with the driver was entering Ukraine from from Hungary through the international checkpoint "Tisa" – Hennadiy Moskal said. – During the inspection, Hungarian policemen found in the car a package with 4 kilograms of marijuana. The customs officer admitted that the drugs were his, he is now under arrest in Hungary. The driver of the car was let go after questioning.
According to the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, the drug dealer was arrested and is now in jail. However, he still has not been fired.
