An application for monitoring observation and self-isolation has been launched in Ukraine

Failure to use it will be punishable by fine. This was stated by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov on the Ukraine 24 TV channel.
According to the Ministry, the "Act at Home" app will send registered users up to 10 push messages every day during 14 days. In response, they will need to take a photo of themselves, which will enable the geolocation feature of the device which the app is installed on.
“A person will receive up to 10 push messages every day during 14 days. They will need to take a picture of themselves which will enable geolocation. If the quarantine is violated, and failure to use the application is in fact a violation of the quarantine, there are statutory amounts of fines that a person will have to pay,” – the minister said.
