An ammunition was found in Uzhgorod

 The Rescue Service "101" was reported that a metalc object looking like a mortar shell had been found on Zaporizka street in Uzhgorod. The dangerous item was found near a local building during construction work.  

Pyrotechnics of the special-purpose emergency rescue unit identified the object as an 82 mm mortar shell. During the inspection of the adjacent territory, no other dangerous items were found. Then, the mortar shell was removed and destroyed in a specially designated place.

In total, since the beginning of the year, the pyrotechnic team of the rescue service in Transcarpathian region has removed and destroyed 592 explosive devices.
