An 11-year-old boy stole a battery

In Mukachevo, a battery was stolen from a citizen. The police arrested two thieves, one of which was … only 11 years old. The child was incited to do the stupid thing by a 23-year-old young man. The latter is now being brought to a statutory responsibility both for the theft, and for engaging a minor in criminal activity.
