Ammunition was found on the border with Slovakia (PHOTOS)

Last weekend, border guards of the Chop detachment together with customs officers prevented an attempt of illegal import of ammunition to Ukraine.

Thus, upon the arrival of a car "Skoda Super B" driven by a citizen of Slovakia at the checkpoint, border guards started the examination of the vehicle. However, the shepherd Jesse trained to search for weapons and explosives drew border guards’ attention to this car. After a joint in-depth inspection, border guards found 50 cartridges for gas weapon of 9 mm caliber. These items were in the niche of the car front door on the passenger side.

All the found ammunition was seized according to the law.
