Almost 22 million hryvnias from the rent for special use of forest resources

The share of the rent for special use of forest resources in the consolidated budget is almost UAH 22 million

During five months of 2015, the budget of Transcarpathian region received UAH 21 million 962 thousand of the rent for special use of forest resources. In particular, UAH 5 million 342 thousand was transferred to the state budget, which is UAH 1 million 404 thousand more than that for the same period last year, UAH 16 million 621 thousand – to local budgets, which is UAH 7 million 564 thousand more than that in the same period last year. In May, the local treasury received UAH 4 million 559 thousand.

The rent for special use of forest resources is paid by forest users – legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in special use of forest resources under special permits (forest harvesting ticket) or in accordance with the terms of the contract for long-term temporary use of forests.
