According to Moskal, the seizure of Transcarpathian money from the “road experiment” by the government is a “dirty trick”

Hennadiy Moskal is extremely outraged by the decision of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to seize from Transcarpathia the lion’s share of the funds made by the Transcarpathian customs under the "road experiment".
– This is a dirty trick by the government, which is unacceptable, – the head of the Regional State Administration said in an interview with the "M-Studio" TV channel. – Why should we try, if we’ll still be ripped off in the end? We have concluded agreements with contractors, we started building roads. And now they have taken away the money! The region receives almost nothing from the State Budget for roads, and they are taking away even what we have earned on the ground…
Recall that in September, Transcarpathian customs significantly exceeded the target revenues, and as a result, Transcarpathia should have received 55 million hryvnia for road repairs. However, the Ministry of Finance, in spite of regulatory acts, decided to withdraw 41 million hryvnias from Transcarpathia, leaving only 14.
