A 17-year-old resident of Uzhgorod reported to the police that his acquaintance had inflicted him bodily injuries near Poshtova Square in the regional center of Transcarpathia. Officers of the criminal prosecution of the Uzhgorod police department promptly identified the attacker; it was an 18-year-old resident of the village of Polyanska Huta in Perechyn district.
Also, law enforcement agencies found out the cause of the conflict. It turned out that the attacker was defending his friend. The young men claim that the minor was constantly abusing the boy and his friend stood up for him, the communications department of the Transcarpathian regional police informed.
The police started criminal proceeding over this incident under Part 1 of Art. 122 of the CCU, that is, intentional mild bodily injury. Law enforcers are establishing all the circumstances of this case.
