A woman tried to take children out of Ukraine through the checkpoint Tisa

Yesterday at the checkpoint Tisa, border guards found a woman who was planning to take two minor children abroad using a forged document. During the passport control of the passengers of a minibus "Mercedes", which was going to Italy, the border guards had doubts about the legality of one of the documents. A 44-year-old woman from Chernivtsi submitted a statement from the father agreeing to send two eight-year-old boys abroad, allegedly issued by the Consulate General of Ukraine in Milan. However, during an in-depth inspection of the document, border guards found out that the statement contained signs of forgery. It did not match the established form and there were spelling mistakes.
Border guards sent to the Uzhgorod Regional Police Department a report on the detection of signs of a criminal offense under Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, sale or use of forged documents, seals, stamps." The children together with the accompanying person returned to the territory of our country.
