A vocal band from Hungary will perform in Uzhgorod

After the brilliant musicians from Lviv and Odesa, the vocal band "AcapellArt" from Hungary (the city of Nyiregyhaza) will perform at the VII International Festival "Music Without Borders", which is currently taking place in the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic. On April 7, the ensemble will present to Uzhgorodians and guests of the city their original art. The program includes pieces from the Baroque era to compositions from the repertoire of the legendary band The Beatles. The host is Olga Donetska. The concert starts at 17.00.

The band was founded in May 2013. All six singers are students of the Primary School of Music named after Zoltan Koday, that is, they have many years of experience in choir singing.

One of the features of the "AcapellArt" ensemble is that, similarly to the traditions of British court singers, their ensemble is based exclusively on male voices. The similarity of men’s timbres makes the sound of the band pure and homogeneous.

Hopefully, fans of vocal bands such as "Pikkardijska Tertsia" or "ManSound" will especially like the concert.

During the 7th International Festival "Music Without Borders", there will also be the performance of the piano duet of Katerina Sapran and Balaz Fazekas from Slovakia; unique program "Promenade & Lost Tango" from Lviv musicians Nazariy Pilatiuk (violin), Petro Dovhan (piano) and Anton Sopiha (guitar); musical journey "From Baroque to Rock" together with the Symphony Orchestra of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic. So, we invite everyone to the "Music Without Borders"!
