As a result of an accident near Nižný Hrabovec (Slovakia, Presov region), a 38-year-old man died and three more were injured, the Mukachevo.net reported.
The accident occurred on Saturday, about an hour before midnight, – the director of the regional office of the fire and rescue corps in Presov said.
A Mercedes Sprinter collided with a truck (both vehicles have Ukrainian registration from Transcarpathia). The crew of the truck was not injured.
Meanwhile, in the minibus, one person died and three were seriously injured, including a driver. The victims were taken to the hospital in Vranov and Humenne.
It is known that the Transcarpathian migrant workers were returning home from the Czech Republic on a minibus.The truck was carrying electromechanical equipment.
The police began to investigate the accident. In particular, it has already become known that the driver of the truck had alcohol in the blood.
