Ivan Dobosh announced the victory of a resident of Khust district in the contest on the social network Facebook.
The young poetess from Steblivka Anna Rishko won the international competition "Melodies of the Sea".
Ivan Dobosh also informs that Anna Rishko is a member of the writing club of the House of Culture and Library of the village of Steblivka.
