A Transcarpathian was detained while trying to move engines for boats to Hungary

On October 6, 2015, a citizen of Ukraine on his own minibus arrived at the border crossing point in the city of Záhony to cross the customs border for departure from Hungary.
During the inspection of the cargo compartment of the vehicle, border police officers found nine engines for motor boats. During the inspection of the engine numbers it turned out that two of them are wanted in the Schengen Information System (SIS) on the submission of the German authorities.
The driver was arrested and taken to the police station of Záhony, the remaining seven engines will be subjected to further inspection, the van was taken to impound lot.
