The other day a 40-year-old Transcarpathian was notified of being the suspect.
The prosecutor’s office of the Kyiv region notes that the man came to Kyiv region for work. There, he met a minor girl.
The Transcarpathian, knowing that the girl was a minor, raped her against her will, using psychological violence against her despite her resistance.
The criminal has been detained. Proceedings under Part 3 of Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine have been opened. The choice of pre-trial restraint gainst the suspect will be decided in the near future.
