– I’ve been practicing triathlon for four years, this is the second competition for me. I work out every day: I run 15 km, swim at least 3 km, ride on bike 40 km. Of course, not everything at the same time. Sometimes, I combine swimming and cycling, – Serhiy Mykhailytsky says. – Anyone, who makes an effort, can overcome 226 km. I encourage everyone to practice a healthy lifestyle, and maybe next year you will become the "Iron Man" and overcome 226 km – Serhiy Mikhailytsky says.
