Uzhgorod vandalism, unfortunately, is gaining momentum. Silly behavior, that no reasonable person can explain, seems to be the norm for them.
This time, a correspondent of Uzhgorod.in captured the stand with photographs of the Maidan thrown in the shallow Uzh river (right under the pedestrian bridge).
It is unknown when it was done, who did it, and why no one stopped the vandals, but such actions must be stopped.
