A queue of over 100 trucks has formed in the direction of the checkpoint “Uzhgorod”

Some drivers complain that they have been waiting there for almost 2 days, and the queue keeps increasing, the Mukachevo.net writes.

More than 100 trucks are lined up in a huge queue on the bypass road leading to the checkpoint at the Ukrainian-Slovak border.

The truck drivers have been waiting in the queue for several days. Some drivers try to "cut" the line and block the traffic both on their own and the oncoming lanes, causing emergency situations.

Trucks with Ukrainian, Russian and Slovak registration are waiting in the queue.

There are several reasons for this situation: firstly, the price of permits for cargo transportation, which is much lower in Slovakia; and secondly, Slovakia allows trucks to enter with a full fuel tank, while Poland, for example, only with 200 liters.
