At the stretch "Rakhiv – Yasinya", after passing the stopping point Bilyn, there was the derailment of first wheelsets on the cars №2 and 5 of the passenger train number 458 "Rakhiv – Kyiv", consisting of 14 cars.
After restoration work, the railway traffic on the section "Rakhiv – Yasinya" was resumed. The cause of the derailment of the said train wheelsets is being established.
Due to restoration work, the passenger train № 458 "Rakhiv – Kyiv" and the passenger train № 605/606 "Lviv – Rakhiv" were delayed by 57 minutes.
There were no victims. The circumstances of the event are being established.
