A new appointment at the Transcarpathian Regional Administration – the head of the Capital Construction Department

The head of the region Hennadiy Moskal, during the board meeting, introduced the new head of the Capital Construction Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration. Igor Prokofiev was appointed on this position.

Note: Igor Prokofiev was born September 19, 1965 in Drohobych, Lviv region. In 1987, he graduated from Tallinn higher military-political construction school, where he received the profession of civil engineer. In 2006, at the National Defense Academy of Ukraine, he received a master’s degree in military and social management. 

Before this appointment, he worked as the deputy head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine State Enterprise "Mukachevo self-supporting division".
