A gazebo was set on Pravoslavna embankment. Temporarily? (Photofact)

People eager to "decorate" the city with small architectural structures cannot be stopped. Now, a structure has been set up on Pravoslavna embankment, near the monument to the Grieving Mother, at the descent to the Uzh.

Most likely, the installation of a gazebo is a preparation for Baptism, because near this spot, consecration of water usually takes place and faithfuls bathe in the river. Of course, there is nothing with traditions and religious holidays, but was it really necessary to set a gazebo with the signs of a major construction on metal supports and poured with concrete?

Wouldn’t a temporary folding tent be enough for this purpose? After all, what’s the whole gazebo there for?.. And do they have any permission from the city authorities to establish this structure, which seems to be non-temporary and may remain of the embankment for good, thus breaking the straight shoreline and destroying its perspective?
