"The 28-year-old man is accused of committing a number of serious and especially serious crimes, including theft, misappropriation, extortion of documents, stamps, seals, fraud, robbery and theft, combined with breaking and entering and criminalization of minors," – the spokeswoman said.
After checking the information, police detained the man at home. During an inspection, police found rolls with a methamphetamine-like powder. Investigators are considering to register drug crimes in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations.
He is being held in a pre-trial detention center pending trial.
