Right in the middle of Korzo street, ten meters from the so-called "cross" – the intersection of the street with Voloshin street – there appeared some kind of bicycle parking, or a giant mantrap, or advertising design.
It is placed exactly in the middle of the main pedestrian street, fixed with anchors. Citizens are outraged – firstly, this thing clearly does not decorate Korzo, and, secondly, it simply blocks the way. Although the issue of bicycles is very popular in the city, and any steps to cycling infrastructure improvement are welcomed, this "monstrosity" on Korzo is just too much. Residents of the city, passing by the structure, wonder why the municipal police do not respond, since the bicycle parking apparently was installed without authorization.
