This night a doctor of Mukachevo district hospital reported to law enforcement officers that an ambulance had delivered to the hospital a 19-year-old resident of the village of Novi Luchky diagnosed with: polytrauma, severe brain injury, a fracture of the skull base, brain coma, bruised chest.
The police found out that the young man was riding a scooter, had lost control, and ran into electric power pylon.
