4 new advertising billboards were approved in Uzhgorod

The entrepreneur, who dismantled billboards from the foundations of the pedestrian bridge in Uzhgorod, was granted permits for 4 new advertising billboards

This decision was adopted today during a meeting of the Executive Committee of Uzhgorod City Council.

According to the decision, the new advertising media will appear on Lehotsky street (2 pcs.), Sobranetska street (1 pc.) and at the intersection of Babiak-Vozyednannnya streets. The size of the boards is 6×3 meters

As noted at the meeting by the Acting Mayor Victor Shchadey, in total 14 billboards have been dismantled from supporting walls of the pedestrian bridge. Now the entrepreneur – owner of the advertising media has found an alternative location to place 4 billboards – the Zakarpattya online wrote.

The permits were issued for a period ending on October 1 this year. Although generally similar approvals are issued for a period of 5 years, for these advertising media, it was decided to grant permits for their placement in accordance with the period that was set for the boards that were placed on the foundations – to October 1, 2014
