116 Transcarpathian women received the honorary title “Mother-heroine”

On Sunday, May 13, on the occasion of the Mother’s Day the President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, signed the Decree "On awarding the honorary title "Mother Heroine".

In general, the head of the state conferred the honorary title on one thousand fifty one women – mothers, who have raised five or more children, have created the right conditions for their intellectual, physical and spiritual development. Among the recipients, there are 116 inhabitants of the Transcarpathian region.
