1,300 packs of cigarettes were detained at the border with Romania (PHOTOS)

In the morning on May 30, at the checkpoint "Dyakove" on the Ukrainian-Romanian border, border guards of the Mukachevo Detachment in conjunction with officers of the State Fiscal Service found a car with hidden cigarettes. 

A 43-year-old citizen of Hungary tried to illegally move 1,300 packs of cigarettes to neighboring Romania. Design recesses of the left and right beams of the woman’s "KIA" were packed with tobacco products. Access to the cigarettes became possible only after dismantling the seats and decorative cladding of the vehicle.

The found cigarettes and the woman’s car were seized. Total estimate of the cigarettes is 25,300 UAH, the car was estimated at almost 72,000 UAH.
