With jam and forge – weekend in the Uzhgorod Skansen

Uzhgorod Skansen – the Transcarpathian Museum of Folk Architecture and Rural Life – invites you to spend the weekend with them.

The weekend in the Skansen will begin with the master-class from the ceramics master Olga Gal, which will be working for visitors of the museum for two days – 22 and 23 of September from 11 to 15.00. Visitors of all ages will be able to learn sculpting with colored clay, make Easter eggs, horses, mushrooms, etc.

Also on Saturday, at 14.00, traditional tastings will start in the museum inn and the old forge will take you to the atmosphere of the blacksmith’s craft. This week, the Jam Tasting Room (the village of Botar) will present their eco-products – Taste of the Ukrainian Carpathians, and the skillfull smiths of the "Free forge of Transcarpathia" will be working next to the museum.
