Transcarpathian puppeteers will show the performance based in I. Franko’s tale “Blue Fox” (Announcement)

On Sunday, February 26, Transcarpathian Regional Academic Puppet Theatre will present a new production of its repertoire.

The well-known classic fairy-tale of Ivan Franko "Blue Fox" about the cunning Fox Mykyta, who cheats all the animals, will be reimagined by the producers as a detective story. 

Through deception, Fox Mykyta reaches a high position in the hierarchy of animals and enjoyes undeserved privileges. He believes that he is not going to be caught and exposed. Audacity, greed, dishonesty of the Fox cause not only laughter but also condemnation.

The roles are performed by Honored Artist of Ukraine Svitlana Kobzysta, Andriy Opiok, Pavlo Prodanyuk, Mykola Ihnatyshyn.

The play is intended for children of school age. The shows will take place at 11.00 and 13.00.
