The reconstruction of the bridge in Svalyava, which was damaged by flood, will begin in autumn

Documents for the reconstruction of the bridge in the center of Svalyava, which was damaged by flood in November last year, are now being prepared.

– The design and estimates documentation has already been made and examined in Kyiv, – Hennadiy Moskal says. – Now the tender will be announced, the term for filing applications is one month. The reconstruction of the bridge will start after the winner is determined, the work will be financed partly from the regional budget, and partly from the State Fund for Regional Development.

Recall that on November 7, 2016, a flood wave damaged the bridge in Svalyava, which leads to the Bystry neighborhood. The water damaged one of the pillars, resulting in the concrete slabs sinking one and a half meters.Vehicular traffic across the bridge is closed, however, there are other ways to the Bystry neighborhood.
