Thanks to the prosecutor’s office, employees of 5 branches of the “Transcarpathian Oblavtodor” were paid wages

Transcarpathian Prosecutor’s Office for supervision over the observance of laws in the transport sector, as a result of the audit, revealed that officials of the State Enterprise "Transcarpathian Oblavtodor", instead of paying wages, transferred funds for other purposes, as well as committed other violations of the legislation on labor.

According to the Deputy Prosecutor for supervision over the observance of laws in the transport sector Roman Lemak, particularly in March this year, the Road Service in Transcarpathian region transferred funds amounting to 330,000 UAH for the performance of contract work, of which only 170,000 UAH was used to pay wages. Thus, the branch "Irshava rayavtodor" received 45,000 UAH to pay wages, the branch Uzhgorod Road Maintenance Facility received 90,000 UAH, the branch " Uzhgorod rayavtodor" received 35,000 UAH, and 160,000 UAH was transferred for payment for electricity and natural gas.

Transcarpathian Prosecutor’s Office for supervision over the observance of laws in the transport sector made the order to eliminate violations, after the consideration of which, the arrears of wages to employees of 5 branches "Beregovo rayavtodor", "Mukachevo Road Maintenance Facility", "Khust Road Maintenance Facility", "Velyky Berezny rayavtodor", "Tyachiv rayavtodor","SE "Transcarpathian Oblavtodor" of the "State JSC "Motor Roads of Ukraine" in the amount of almost 650,000 UAH has been repaid.
