Festival “Hutsul Bryndzya” invites gourmets to master classes

A dozen dishes based on Hutsul bryndzya, master classes, tasting, contemporary vision and cookery will be presented at the festival in Rakhiv on September 8. 
  
According to the Tourinform Transcarpathia, the festival "Hutsul Bryndzya" will be held on September 8 in Rakhiv and will present the best products of sheep farms from Rakhiv region. 
  
In order to promote the Hutsul bryndzya, famous Lviv brand chef Serhiy Pozhar will hold a master class on cooking of modern bryndzya dishes. 
  
At the master class, the brand chef will present a new, modern vision of cooking with Hutsul bryndzya by combining it with products that are not typical for the region. 
  
For the guests of one of the most popular festivals in Transcarpathia, Serhiy Pozhar will cook nonconventional dishes based on recipes created exclusively for the festival-fair "Hutsul Bryndzya".     
  
The purpose of the event is to promote bryndzya not only as a product for the preparation of traditional dishes of the Carpathian cuisine, but also as a product for the preparation of restaurant dishes.
