A man decided to build them right on the river bank. This was reported by facebook user Svetlana Barna.
Yesterday, an alley of balancing stone pyramids has appeared on the Rika river. I was delighted and started taking pictures of them. A young man approached me and said that he had learned to make them in the Czech Republic, even took part in competitions there and won prizes! Mr. Vasyl is a very positive person, he built another pyramid right in front of us! I am extremely pleased that there are people around us that make our environment better. – the post reads.
