Skakandiy, Sidak, Svalyavchyk, Sochka, Roman, Vovchok… This is an incomplete list of known Transcarpathians, who have both art and name in common.
Symbolically, on January 14, 14 artists of the regional organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine will celebrate there patron saint day.
On the eve the Day of St. Basil the Great, colleagues and namesakes decided to jointly present their works in the atrium of the building of the regional state administration.
The exhibition titled "Generous People named Vasyl" promises to be generous in forms, genres and techniques of art (oil painting, watercolor, sculpture, wood carving, etc.), – the Department of Culture of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration informs.
The opening will take place on January 12 at 11.00
