On Friday, November 9, and Monday-Tuesday, November 12-13, the employees of the municipal street maintenance inspectorate and the state construction control authority of the Uzhgorod City Council inspected the objects being built in the city, and found a number of violations.
Thus, at the corner of Mykola Bobyak – Peremoha streets, during the inspection, they found a metal frame without foundation located on two land plots. Each of them is 0.01 hectares, they are intended for the construction of garages and located in such a way that one land plot is outside the red line and the other one is partly within the red line of Peremoha street. The structures of the metal frame are within the red line. The work was carried out without the relevant permits and passport for a temporary structure.
On Sobranetska street, near the OKKO gas station, a canopy is being arranged without a passport for a temporary structure.
On Fedynets street, a temporary facility for trade is being build on a land plot, which is reserved for commercial activity.
On Augustin Voloshin st., 4, the passport for a temporary structure is missing.
On Pidhardska street, construction of commercial and office premises has been commenced without the permission documents. The report of a criminal offense – unauthorized construction – was sent to the Uzhgorod City Prosecutor’s Office, because it is being carried out in the protected zone of the monument of national significance "Uzhgorod castle".
All other developers were brought to administrative responsibility, they were ordered to stop construction work, obtain passports for temporary structures at the City Planning and Architecture Department of Uzhgorod City Council.
