On February 23, at 12:00, public hearings to discuss the fares for the transportation of passengers by city buses will take place in the large (session) hall of the Uzhgorod City Council.
As previously reported, the draft decision of the executive committee "On tariffs for city passenger transportation" and the analysis of the regulatory impact of the decision is posted on the official website of the Uzhgorod City Council at this link.
The basis for the development of the draft decision is: Article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "On Road Transport".
The purpose of the draft decision is to establish a tariff for the carriage of one passenger by a bus.
The period of acceptance of suggestions and comments to the draft regulatory act is one calendar month from the date of publication of the draft decision (January 19) and the analysis of its regulatory impact on the official site of the city council.
