Moskal suggested to impose criminal responsibility for cigarette smuggling

In order to defeat the smuggling of cigarettes to Europe, it is necessary to impose criminal liability for it, instead of administrative.

"It is necessary to impose criminal liability, and fill all the prisons with those cigarette smugglers… Sentence them to correctional work, probation, big fines, bails", – Moskal said.

According to Moskal, there is a criminal responsibility for cigarette smuggling in neighboring Hungary.

"They have strict criminal responsibility. Here, you can smuggle 10 trucks, 30 trucks – it’s administrative responsibility all the same", – Moskal added.
