The amount of tourist tax to the local budgets of the region is growing

The largest amounts of tourist tax in 2018 were paid to the budgets of Beregovo district – UAH 352.7 thousand, the united territorial community of the village of Polyana (Svalyava district) – UAH 334.6 thousand, the city of Uzhgorod – UAH 222.3 thousand, Mizhhirya district – UAH 139.5 thousand, Uzhgorod district – UAH 132.6 thousand, – the Zaktour.gov.ua informs.

During the seven months of this year, UAH 1957.8 thousand in tourist tax has been collected in the region. This is 35.2 percent more than that for the same period last year.

In July, 2018, the highest growth of budget revenues as compared to the last year was recorded in Velyky Berezny district – 10 times increase (UAH 6.0 thousand), Uzhgorod district – almost 7.7 times increase (UAH 57.6 thousand), in Rakhiv district – 3.15 times (UAH 10.7 thousand) and in the city of Beregovo – 2.2 times (UAH 33.8 thousand).

The largest payments for provision of tourist services in July 2018 came to the budgets of the village of Polyana (Svalyava district) – UAH 64.8 thousand, Uzhgorod district – UAH 57.6 thousand, the city of Beregove – UAH 33.8 thousand, the city of Uzhgorod – UAH 26.4 thousand, the city of Mukachevo – UAH 24.5 thousand, Vynogradiv district – UAH 22.9 thousand, Volovets district – UAH 22 thousand, Mizhhirya district – UAH 21.8 thousand, Irshava district – UAH 18.6 thousand, Rakhiv district – UAH 10,7 thousand, Khust district – UAH 10.5 thousand, Svalyava district – UAH 9.5 thousand.
