An urgent meeting of the headquarters on liquidation of possible situations related to the flooding of streets and households in the city due to lingering rains took place at Mukachevo city executive committee.
The Mayor of Mukachevo Andriy Baloha, as the head of the headquarters, reported to the deputies of the mayor, heads of municipal services of the city about the situation and the immediate actions to be taken by managers of the city municipal services.
Representatives of the Mukachevo office of the State Emergencies Service, MU "Mukachivvodokanal" reported on the measures being taken to pump out water.
The main tasks set by the headquarters are:
– identify the problem areas and streets of the city that are flooded;
– municipal services of the city shall take measures to pump out water;
– provide the inhabitants of Mukachevo, who have problems with water supply, with drinking water.
