Dawn of the Independence Day of Ukraine – in Uzhgorod!

For the fourth time, Ukraine will begin to celebrate the Independence Day from Uzhgorod, which will awaken the country on the holiday!

The Transcarpathian Folk Choir traditionally prays for Ukraine at sunrise. And every time. the location is different: the Uzh embankment, the pedestrian bridge, Uzhgorod castle…

Today, the choir manager Natalia Petiy-Potapchuk told where they would be awakening Ukraine this year.

"Dear residents of the region! The Honored Academic Transcarpathian Folk Choir invites everyone to the common dawn "Prayer for Ukraine" on the 26th Independence Day of our country! Finally, today, we can disclose the venue of the unique, already traditional artistic and patriotic event: Uzhgorod, Narodna Square, August 24, 6 am", – the head of the choir said.
