The police detained a drunk driver who was an employee of the Transcarpathian Department of Justice (VIDEO)

Yesterday, around 5 pm, Uzhgorod patrol policemen stopped a car KIA Cerato for violation of traffic rules.

The driver refused to show the driver’s license and registration documents for the vehicle. Moreover, there were signs of intoxication. The policemen took the citizen to Uzhgorod city police station for the identification of the offender and drafting relevant documents.

At the police station, the man began to behave aggressively, uttered profanity, violated public order.

As a result, reports under Part 1 of Art. 130 (driving in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication, as well as the refusal to take test for intoxication), report of administrative offense for disorderly conduct and report for driving without relevant documents were drawn up against the driver.

The car was evacuated to the police impound lot. It was found out that the man was an employee of the Main Department of Justice in Transcarpathian region.
