Uzhgorod police found the thief of the British currency

Employees of Uzhgorod Police Department identified the man who stole the money in the building of the central city hospital.

Following the search operations, officers of the Criminal Police identified the man who on September 4 stole from a visitor of the hospital pounds and the national currency totaling more than 2000 UAH. A 49-year-old unemployed resident of Uzhgorod, who has already been brought to justice for theft, is suspected of the crime.

The evidence was obtained from the suspect. The issue of pretrial restraint against him is being decided.
