As a result of hail, that fell this morning in Vynogradiv district, seven residents of the district turned to district hospital for medical assistance. Among them, there were four men and three women. According to the head of the trauma department of Vynogradiv district hopital Adalbert MEZEV, the victims suffered contused abrasion wounds of the head, trunk, upper and lower extremities. "In addition, one woman has an open fracture of the fifth carpal bone of the right hand. She was covering her head from hail", – the doctor said.
All the victims received medical assistance and currently are undergoing outpatient treatment. Fortunately, none of the children was hurt.
Recall that this morning several districts of Transcarpathia were hit by the disaster. Vynogradiv district was affected the most.
