The event has taken place near the "Uzhhorod" hotel. According to eye-witnesses, two men descended to the riverbank in a black jeep of an unknown brand.
There is a theory, why have the men tried to cross the river. Most likely, they were under the influence of alcohol and said that they just wanted to drive in water.
Unfortunately to the men, their adventure has ended before it started. The car’s engine stalled in the middle of the river. The men having climbed up to the roof began talking. The police arrived to the scene of the event.
