This was stated today, January 14, during the briefing by the military commissar of Transcarpathian Regional Military Commissariat Ivan Vasyltsyun.
"The President of Ukraine makes the decision on mobilization and signs a decree according to many legal documents. After that, the document becomes the law. And the laws in our country must be observed. Various rumors about illegality of the mobilization are part of an information war to cause discontent among people. Here, in Transcarpathia, one man has already been sentenced to 3 years in prison for evading conscription" – Ivan Vasyltsyun said.
