Hidden cigarettes were found on the Ukrainian-Romanian border

 Nervous behavior and unclear answers of the driver, who was trying to cross the border at the checkpoint "Luzhanka", attracted attention of border guards of the Mukachevo detachment. As it turned out, the man was nervous for good reason, because during the inspection of his car, they found 1,600 packs of cigarettes at 17,716 UAH. The tobacco caches were located in the wheels and a spare wheel, in the back seat and the doors of the car. All the contraband tobacco and the smuggler’s car were confiscated. The total amount of the contraband was 54,296 UAH.

         And at the checkpoint "Vylok", border guard and customs inspection team found tobacco in a first aid kit and spare wheel  of a car driven by our compatriot. Law enforcement officers seized the found 240 packs of cigarettes, as well as the spare tire and the first aid kit. The total cost of the seized goods is 3,380 UAH.
