The Regional State Administration prepared a draft order of the head of the RSA "On invalidation of the order of the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration".
The draft order cancels limits on fees for services provided by markets selling food and non-food products that are set by the order of the Head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration dd. March 12, 2009 № 94 "On limits on fees for services provided by markets selling food and non-food products".
Currently, at the markets of the region there are limits on fees for the services provided by markets selling food and non-food products.
Thus, the reservation of commercial space was limited to 60 UAH, the fee for selling food was 9 UAH, for selling agricultural products – 5.5 UAH, for selling milk – 3 UAH, meat – 6.5 UAH, flowers – 7 UAH, non-food products – 12 UAH.
