The sign "stopping is prohibited" near Uzhgorod City Council on Poshtova Square apparently does not apply to everyone.
On Friday, March 13, a correspondent of the Mukachevo.net captured under the sign the parked car Range Rover, which can be often seen driven by the Secretary of Uzhgorod City Council Bohdan Andriyiv.
According to the traffic rules, the sign prohibits stopping and parking of vehicles except taxis.
