Prosecutors of Uzhgorod will be defending the interests of children in court

As previously reported, the prosecutors of Uzhgorod are defending the rights of minors and disabled children by application to the court for recognition as unlawful and cancellation of some of the clauses of the decision of Uzhgorod City Council session dd. May 31, 2013, whereby a citizen K. was granted the permission to draft allotment project for the land in area of 0.10 ha on Urozhayna street in Uzhgorod

Given the fact that some media attribute the said land to People’s Deputy Patskan, the Prosecutor of Uzhgorod Ivan Zareva denied this information adding that while preparing the claim, no applications of the deputy to local authorities for the said land plots and no evidence of the neighboring land plots belonging to the said MP of Ukraine were found. 

However, we emphasize that prosecutors of Uzhgorod will press for adoption of legitimate and reasonable judgment in the case.
