The initiative group to prepare and hold the constituent assembly for the formation of the Public Council at the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration has been established. The corresponding order of the head of the RSA Vasyl Hubal was published on January 21.
It includes: AFTANAS Yaroslav, the head of Uzhgorod territorial trade union organization of Lviv railway, HRENYO Mykhailo, the head of the Union of Entrepreneurs of Transcarpathia, ZHYHAN Ivan, the head of the Organization of veterans of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region, YOVNI Robert, the president of the Regional Foundation "New Generation", LUKSHA Oleg, the Director of the International Institute for Human and Globalization "Noosphere", MALESH Larysa, the Chief Specialist of the Information and Public Relations Department of the RSA, MANYAK Vasyl, the deputy head of the NGO "Public convention", MENDZHUL Maria, the head of the NGO "Carpathian Agency of Human Rights "Vested", PYLYPIV Vladislav, the head of the Transcarpathian regional organization "Knowledge" of Ukraine, SVYSTAK Viktor, the Head of Legal Department of the RSA, TOKARCHYK Nadia, the Deputy Head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the RSA.
The Department of Information and Public Relations of the Regional State Administration was instructed to provide the initiative group all the necessary assistance for preparation and holding of the constituent assembly. District state administrations, Beregovo, Mukachevo, Uzhgorod, Khust, Chop city executive committees shall take steps to form in the prescribed manner appropriate public councils at district state administrations and city executive committees.
